RUFORUM 18th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

CALL FOR EXHIBITION
The Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM), a network of 149 universities in 38 African countries, invites interested stakeholders especially in the field of higher education, science, technology and innovations including universities, development practitioners, private sector, civil society and others to exhibit at its 18th Annual General Meeting (http://www.ruforum.org/AGM2022/) to be held at Harare International Conference Centre, Zimbabwe, from 12th-16th December 2022.
The theme of the 18th RUFORUM Annual General Meeting is “Strengthening Africa’s Agri-food Systems in the Post COVID-19 Era – Opportunities and Challenges”. In line with this theme, stakeholders are invited to showcase their research, training, development activities, innovations, products and services.
To facilitate interaction between the exhibitors and the on and off site conference delegates, the conference organisers will integrate social media reporting within the exhibition to enhance visibility and sharing of key messages beyond the on-site conference. The exhibition will run throughout the conference and special time will be allocated in the conference programme for delegates to visit the stands. Additional conference activities will be carried out in the exhibition area to attract the delegates to the exhibition. A catalogue containing profiles of all the exhibitors will be published and shared with the delegates.
Each exhibitor will be provided with an exhibition booth measuring 3 x 3 meters, 1 table, 2 chairs and 1 power outlet. The cost of each booth is US$ 250.
