Gulu University Chancellor Prof. Frederick Kayanja has appointed Prof. George Openjuru Ladaah as the new institution’s vice chancellor. Prof. Openjuru will replace Prof. Jack Nyeko Pen-Mogi who has been in acting capacity since January 15 last year when his contract expired.
