The governments of Uganda and Ghana are investing heavily in public universities to train human resources with the 21st-century competencies and skills for their respective countries through the implementation of CBE. The TRUCE project seeks to accelerate the adoption of CBE in universities across SSA countries as a vehicle for creating jobs for young women and men on the continent.
