
Waswa Moses (Ugandan) is the Programme Officer, Monitoring and Reporting at the RUFORUM Secretariat.. He comes with over 10 years of experience in Agricultural development with emphasis on participatory approaches such as Monitoring and Evaluation. He holds a Master's degree in Crop Science (Makerere University, 2015) and BSc. Agriculture (Crop Science option) (2010) from Makerere University. Moses started his career as a Research Assistant at the National Crops Resources Research Institute (NaCRRI) in 2009, before joining RUFORUM in 2016. He has hands on experience with on-farm and on-station research, participatory approaches and impact assessment of agricultural projects. He has worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation resource personnel for organizations such as CAB International (CABI), ASARECA, International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT) and Nkoola Institutional Development Associates (NIDA). He has co-authored a number of publications which are available on-line.
