Mzuzu University

Mzuzu University is one of the principal universities of Malawi. The university is located in Luwinga, Mzuzu City, in the northern region of Malawi. It was founded in 1997 after being transformed from a teachers training college established in 1970s. It accepted its first students in 1999

Malawi University of Science and Technology

The Malawi University of Science and Technology (MUST) is Malawi???s fourth public university established by an Act of Parliament Number 31 of 2012. Situated in Ndata, Thyolo, its groundbreaking ceremony took place on April 11, 2011 and was led by the founder, then President, His Excellency the late Professor Bingu wa Mutharika. MUST was officially opened on October 24, 2014 by then president, Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika.

Malawi Adventist University

The Malawi Adventist University was established by an action of the Executive Committee of the Malawi Union Mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. As early as 1996, the action was taken to upgrade what was the Lakeview Seminary to a Junior College. It was envisaged to offer four year degree programmes of an already existing University. At that time the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton was the best candidate. In 1999 the Malawi Union Mission agreed to run the four year degree programmes.

Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR)

The University of Malawi???s Bunda College of Agriculture was established just outside of Lilongwe in 1967.  It is now a constituent college of the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUNAR).  Its first intake took place in September 2012.  There are three faculties???agriculture, development studies, and environmental sciences.

Kamuzu University of Health Sciences

Kamuzu University of Health Sciences (KUHeS) is a comprehensive health and allied sciences higher learning public institution. The aim of the University is to impart knowledge and produce transferable skills through teaching and learning, research, consultancy and application of knowledge, skills and aptitudes to meet professional needs of society at national, regional and global levels.

Catholic University of Malawi

The Catholic University of Malawi is an accredited institution of higher learning established by the Episcopal Conference of Malawi on October 16, 2004. The University started admitting students in 2006 and was officially opened on 28th October, 2006 by the late President Bingu wa Mutharika. It has seven faculties, namely Commerce, Education, Law, Nursing and Midwifery, Science, Social Sciences and Theology. Since its establishment, the University has grown its student body from 129 in 2006 to 4000-plus in 2020.

African Bible College

African Bible Univiserty in Uganda is the fulfilled vision of life-changing Christian leaders Rev. Dr. Jack W. Chinchen and Mrs. Nell Chinchen. University of Antananarivo

The University of Antananarivo is the primary public university of Madagascar, located in the capital Antananarivo.
The university traces its founding to 16 December 1955 and the formation of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Antananarivo. It established itself as the main center for higher education in the country, and was renamed the University of Madagascar in 1961. It later opened five more branches in Antsiranana, Fianarantsoa, Toamasina, Toliara, and Mahajanga.
