Student Profile


Manjale Mohamed (Tanzanian) was born in 1989 in Korogwe village. He fought his way through primary and secondary education, and attended a Diploma program in General Agriculture at the College of Agricultural and Natural Resources. Currently, he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science programme in Agriculture at Egerton University in Kenya (2017-2021).

 

 

 

 


Amwine Lamech (Ugandan) was born in 1988, and grew up in the district of Bushenyi   in Uganda. Lamech is a focused transformational leader, educative and inspirational, passionate about community transformation and making landmark contributions in people’s lives. Lamech is enrolled in a Master of Science Programme in Community Studies and Extension (2017-2019) at Egerton University in Kenya.

 

 

 

 


Norah Akiyai is from Uganda and was born in 1991. She grew up in the Eastern part of Uganda in Amuria district. After primary and secondary education, she volunteered with PAG/KIDO on food security project. She is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science programme in Food and Agribusiness (2017-2021) at Gulu University (Uganda).

 

 

 

 


Sambrumo Matayo Gad (Kenyan) was born in 1993, in Busia County in Kenya. Gad studied Agribusiness Management and Enterprise Development at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He is currently enrolled in a Master of Science programme in Agri-Enterprise Development at Egerton University (2017-2019).

 

 

 

 

 


Awuor Joseph Odhiambo is Kenyan by Nationality, and a born of 1989 in Migori County (Kenya) along the shore of Lake Victoria. Joseph has had strong interest in Agriculture. He is enrolled in a Master of Science programme in Community Studies and Extension (2017-2019) at Egerton University, and will go back and impact his community through innovations and demand-driven research outputs in response to agricultural development policies.

 

 

 

 

Nalwoga Racheal is Ugandan by nationality and a born of 1997 in Mulago in Kampala district. She has great interest in poultry, piggery and arable farming. Racheal is currently pursuing Bachelor of Science programme in Agri-Entrepreneurship and Communication management (2017-2021) at Gulu University (Uganda)
