Lucky Nyasulu, 26, is a Malawian and coming from Karonga district in Malawi. She holds a Bachelor degree in Irrigation Engineering from Lilongwe University Agriculture and Natural Resources. Lucky is currently pursuing a Master of Science programme in Community Studies and Extension (2017-2019) at Egerton University. She aspires to become an agent who will advocate for change and become part of solution to the problems smallholder farmers are facing in developing countries like Malawi.
Dusabimana Emmanuel (a Rwandese) was born in 1994. He grew up in a Bihinga village. Commitment and determination to excellence have been Emmanuel’s key values during his primary and secondary level education. Emmanuel is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science programme in Agri-Entrepreneurship and Communication Management (2017-2021) at Gulu University in Uganda.
Namulondo Priscilla is a Ugandan, and was born in 1997. She is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science programme in Agri-Entrepreneurship and Communication management (2017-2021) at Gulu University (Uganda). Priscilla has a dream to become a CEO of her own company employing around 500 employees, and to encourage and empower people with skills in mechanization of agriculture.
Namuyombia Gloria (Ugandan) was born in 1998. She is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science programme in Agri-Entrepreneurship and Communication management (2017-2021) at Gulu University (Uganda). Gloria was supported through BRAC scholarship in Uganda, during her advanced level studies.
Katusime Sarah is a Ugandan national, and a born of 1994, in Kiryandongo district in Western Uganda. Sara holds a diploma in forestry from Nyabyeye Forestry College. Sara is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science programme in Food and Agri-business (2017-2021) at Gulu University in the Faculty of Agriculture & Environment.
Kyohairwe Prima is a Ugandan national born in 1991. Prima grew up in Buhweju district of Uganda, where she undertook her primary and secondary level education. She is currently enrolled in a Master of Science in Agri-Enterprise Development (2017-2019) at Gulu University, and is hoping to acquire necessary skills and knowledge to empower rural and impact their communities, after her studies.
