Mr Latigo Francis (Ugandan) is employed as a driver at the RUFORUM Secretariat since 2004. He comes from Pader district in Northern Uganda. He worked with Verona Fathers in Gulu, Northern Uganda as a driver, 1984-86 and thereafter with the Faculty of Agriculture at Makerere University for 10 years. His major role at RUFORUM Secretaiat is to provide transport services to both staff and guests and delivering or picking percels. He holds an “O’ Level Certificate. He has served honestly for all these years and had had a good working relationship with his subordinates.
