Technical Committee Meeting
The Technical Committee consists of seven persons appointed by the Board of which three persons are nominated by the Secretariat from Universities and four from key Stakeholders outside the University system. The Technical Committee is mandated to:
i) Design/Approve calls for proposals
ii) Approve competitive grants
iii) Oversees project selection
iv) Advise on regional training needs and programmes
v) Advise on research priorities
vi) Consider research proposals and carry out technical assessment.
vii) Backstop monitoring of training and research programmes.
