Biography
Dr. Erold Naomab is the Vice Chancellor of the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST). Prior to his appointment as a Vice Chancellor of NUST, he was the Assistant Pro Vice Chancellor at the University of Namibia (UNAM). He was honoured with several Professional and Technical Awards in Higher Education Leadership, Innovation and Strategy. These were obtained from the Association of Commonwealth Universities, Leibniz Institute for New Materials in (INM) Germany, and UNAM. He has authored several publications and holds internationally registered IP from his research work. He holds a PhD from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom, obtained with distinction an MSc in Strategic Resource Management from Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom, an MSc in Science from UNAM, which he also passed cum laude and awarded the Chancellor’s Medal for overall best student.
