Biography

Prof. Anthony Egeru serves as a Programme Manager - Skilling, Engagement for Community Development (SE4CD) programme at the RUFORUM Secretariat, and is an Associate Professor at Makerere University in Uganda. He previously served as Acting Deputy Executive Secretary-Programme Development and Implementation, Regional Programme Coordinator and Assistant Grants Manager at RUFORUM Secretariat. He is a dynamic and distinguished Researcher with a Research Gate Score of 14.79 and h-index 8.0 and 14,360 Research Gate reads, 16,500 reads and reviews in Academia and Scopus h-index 6. Prof. Egeru is highly engaged in facilitating the transformation of African agricultural universities centered at the promotion of teaching, learning and research through innovative approaches including community action research, community engagement and agribusiness and entrepreneurship approaches from a problem based learning perspective.
