Copperbelt University

Description: 

Copperbelt University, which is in Kitwe, was established in 1987. The University started with two faculties: the School of Business and Industrial Studies and the School of Environmental Studies. It now has six Schools: the School of Engineering; the School of Mathematical and Natural Sciences: the School of Business; the School of the Built Environment; the School of Mines and Mineral Sciences; and the School of Natural Resources. There is also a degree-granting Directorate of Distance Education and Open Learning.
